VTG and straight out of the 80s - This beautiful skirt was made in the USA to feature an a-line silhouette that's meant to be worn high waisted and fall below the knee, giving it a midi length. It has a talon zipper and button closure on the left hip. It is composed of a dark blue floral motif printed chiffon that is fully lined.
