Beautiful vintage dress from one of the first luxury designers. The top is a strap slip with a chiffon overlay ending with an elastic waistband with belt loops (belt not included). The skirt is beautifully draped with wing tips to give in a nice flow. Approximate measurements 17” bust 15”-17” waist 45” length.
