Pink, short sleeve, tie in front shirt, size 4x

Pink, short sleeve, 95% rayon 5% spandex, tie in front shirt. It’s 4” longer in length in back. It’s got a round neck and a ruffle around each sleeve. It’s been worn, but still in great condition! It has a small spot on back side, see picture.
