Pleated Skater Skirt Dress

This dress is so much fun. With the full flounce of the black and white skater skirt style bottom and yet with the diagonal cut outs in the back. Only worn once for a wedding. I'm 35 and yet it was edgy yet classy on me but a teen or younger woman could wear this as well!
