Beautiful halter dress with adjustable tie at neck. Black/white. Ruching at waist/bodice area with full skirt that twirls as you spin. Worn gently twice for wedding dinners. Has black under lining and gives you a sexy shape. Ps the white dots are like off white/ with a hint of gray/lavender to them. May look like that because the material over it is thin.
