Powder blue Silk shirt

Gorgeous vintage baby blue half button blouse. Buttons have some loose threading, a small oil mark at top left shoulder- chalk, baking soda or dawn dish soap may work? Haven’t tried. Also a tiny black pen mark on the back lower hem, I always wore tucked in so it didn’t bother me. Works s-l depending on the look you want.
