Pretty and Feminine Demin Jacket with Large Collar, NWT

Is it a jacket or blouse? IYEAL has made this jacket so pretty you could use it as a blouse for your little girl. Extra large ruffled collar, huge faux pearl buttons, and a rosette on the shoulder make this a special little jacket. There are no sizing or washing instruction tags. Attached tag says size is 5T.
