Puffer jacket for small dog - Red NWT

New puffer jacket for a small dog. Tag does not state a size, but I believe it would be intended to fit a dog smaller than 7lbs. See measurements in photos. Has sleeves for all 4 legs built in with snaps on bottom (under puppy belly) to secure. Coat seams are also a bit stretchy, so measurements would stretch some. 0049
