RALPH LAUREN Girls XL (16) Navy Dress w/ Ruffled Drop Skirt, & Ruffled Sleeves

This navy POLO by Ralph Lauren dress is girls size extra large size 16. The crocheted trim before the ruffled sleeves and hemline at great interest. Since this dress is a loose style, a girl size 14, could easily wear it. I found a very small discoloration on the back of the dress next to the right sleeve: see picture.
