RARE NYCO Cloisonné 2 Piece Decoration. VINTAGE. NEVER USED

VINTAGE RARE 2 Piece NYCO Cloisonné Decoration. NEVER USED. The lid comes off of the piece (see photos). Underneath the lid, inside the pot, and on the bottom of the pot is a beautiful light blue color. Front to back the piece is roughly 3”. Top to bottom the piece is roughly 2.75”. I zoomed in on all angles to show the ornament. The piece does have a few VERY SMALL black marks on it - a few on the very bottom - the blue part. Also, a couple where the lid meets the rest of the pot.
