REFY skin finish water based setting powder - shade 01 (light skin tones)

REFY beauty skin finish setting powder that is water based and hydrating while also mattifying. Shade is 01. This came in a set from REFY and I used it 3-4 times with a brush before deciding it is not for me. Retail is $38. Nice sturdy container. Sanitized with an alcohol wipe.
