R&M RICHARDS Black Beaded Empire Waist Halter Dress, 14 Evening glamour has never been so simple with the maxi dress with embellishment and high halter-style neck. The empire style flatters all body types by cinching the body just below the bust before falling freely over the body down to the ankle. The high neckline is given a little flair with a keyhole cutout and gentle ruching. The back mirrors the front with a keyhole cutout, back zip and a tie closure. The wide band below the bust is embellished with a pattern of seed beads, catching the light and serving true Hollywood glamour.
