NWOT Ralph Lauren Royal Blue midi sheath dress. Capped sleeves with cowel neckline. Stretch lining with same color sequined lace overlay. Tight squeeze on mannequin which is 36.5 bust and hips. Never worn. Machine washable inside out cold water delicate cycle hang to dry.
