Rare 1960's Pink & Green Plaid Maxi Dress with Halter Neck, Divine!XS/S, 25”

I bought this dress from a high end NYC vintage boutique a few decades ago. At the time I was about a size 2ish with a 26” waist. While this fit like a glove, it could NOT fit a larger size. Which means I was able to wear it only once before storing it away. It was a pricey piece but rightfully so. It’s in mint condition and is top of the line insofar as quality and craftsmanship are concerned. The dress is a pink based plaid with green, purple and yellow and has a quilted look to it. Fully lined in green. It wasn’t made as a casual dress but as a dressier piece. The outer material is a cotton and the green lining is a synthetic of sorts. The dress is medium weight. An absolutely perfect special occasion or event spring or summer dress. Features a high halter neck and has a zip back closure In exceptional condition with no flaws to note Marked a size 6 (keep in mind this is 1960’s sizing) About a modern XS -Bust will best fit a 30”-34” *I was a 34B/C when I wore it. It fit great but will not work for a cup larger than a full C) -Waist measures 24-25" *I wore it when I had a 26” waist. It was snug but still looked great) It will -not- work if you’re a 27” or between a 26” and 27”* -Total length: 54"
