taithew What bust size does this fit best? Also total length?

cloudspotter @taithew Thank you for asking. The bust is somewhat adjustable because of the way the halter top works. Definitely works for 34 - 38. from the top of the straps to the hem, the measurement is 52". I'm 5'4" and, with platform shoes, the dress is 2" off the ground.
