Pleated 31" Long (just below knee) Small (2-6) 13 1/2 lying flat so 27" waist; however it has a very innovative button design so you could move the buttons over, very easily and add another (up to 3" to waist) Size tag is 8 though - HA! I want to keep this, just haven't found a reason to wear it...but I'm not motivated to sell. Love it so much! Classic, timeless wardrobe piece and htf!
