trishakscloset It was delivered but she hadn’t accepted it yet. There were four items. I put in one bag with two swim coverups that were not hers. I offered her free items out of my closet. They’re for her pregnant daughter. I even went to the outlets and bought several more pieces I thought she’d like. She still wants her money back and is saying she’ll send the items back

trishakscloset Oh thank you! She kept demanding I give her a refund. I told her repeatedly she needed to open a case with Poshmark that I couldn’t do it. I finally invited a Poshmark representative into the conversation and told them I’d like to give her a refund.

I split the items and create new listings, share to their closet. They have to purchase those listings individually then I cancel their order
