Cute navy blue peplum style top by Rebecca Taylor. Super soft and has tons of stretch. 3/4 sleeves. Great preowned condition without any significant flaws. Size and fabric tag removed but fits like a small in my opinion. Lying flat armpit to armpit approx 15.5” across and top of shoulder to bottom hem approx 23” at longest point
