Red Flutter Dress NWT

Beautiful sleeveless red dress with flutter details along neck and chest. Flowy skirt that comes down above ankle. Midi dress from Melloday, size small (i usually wear a size 6). Top of back has zipper and ruffle detail. The red is more of a slight orangey-red more than a true red. NWT from Nordstrom Rack, purchased for a wedding for never wore!
