Reformation brand light pastel blue backless maxi dress. Called the Andee Dress in the Mineral color. Straps can be tied in different ways: around the neck and back, or straight up and down. Has a high neckline and a slit. Has an extra layer at the skirt. Has a small puncture by the hem next to the slit and the hanger string is hanging on by a thread, see photos for details.
