Is able to be hemmed at bottom. I am too short (5’2 with which I’ve just learned with an extremely short torso even for my height) My measurements are 34x26x36. Fits a small and xs. Fits like a glove with some wiggle room to move. Just too short in the torso area. Will fit someone SOO well who is average body and a tad taller. 😔
