This poly plus stretch blended fabric is brightly colored, open cold shouldered and comfy as well as pretty. NWT P2P is 25" but there is pleating and blousing make this a not-fully accurate measurement. Rim collar to hem is 30", again, it's a high collar. It has immense stretch.
