Very good used condition. There is some slight pilling (see photos). Rare and hard to find sweater. Can be worn open as a cardigan or tied as a sweater. French size 34 fits like a size 2. Fabric has stretch but I would say this would be best for size 0-2. Lightweight rib knit fabric with trumpet sleeves and ruffles.

@lindaklin pit to pit lying flat is 14 inches across and shoulder to hem is 21.5 inches. Let me know if you need any others.
