Beautiful drawstring royal blue summer dress by American eagle outfitters. Ruffled bust and ties in the make, making it adjustable. Comfortable material. Please see tags. Vintage AEO brand. Been in my collection for years and hate to part with it, but must make room for bigger sizes.
