In pre owned condition. Washed and ready to ship to wear. Back zipper works perfectly. Elastic around back is in good condition. Padded cups aren’t removable. Shoulder straps adjust. Adorable black tulle hem peeks out for added flare. ***There are a few water spots left from my steamer - see photos. They should wash out. One shoulder strap will need more adjusting. Measurements are provided in the photos. Length measurements exclude shoulder strap. #1BBD
