I love this pendant too! Got it at an estate... Tested (it is stamped as well) 925. The first stone, I'm not entirely sure what it is.. looks like a polished agate of some sort? The second stone is definitely a composite, man made, polished piece The third stone is a dyed sapphire! Pretty awesome eh? I love the color combination of all three!
