vivaware Has anyone had problems with kcoles05? She reported one of my items as "significantly not as described" since I noted the small amount of staining on the footbed of the shoe on the Listing and there was nothing else wrong with the item I have a really bad feeling about this sale. The case is still pending but I have a feeling she did something to the item, or submitted pics of something else to posh. Since I have done many sales with no issue they should rule in my favor but who knows!

cloudless_sky Beware of fibi30!!! She reported to pm that my item was significantly not as described in the listing and I have a feeling she may try to send pm incorrect pictures...I had a bad feeling about her at the very beginning and should've listened to it. On 5/22, I noticed that this item has been sold. I was surprised that she bought the item without asking any questions. In addition, she didn't even "like" the item to keep it on her likes list. I wanted to comment back saying that I'm out of town but will ship the item as soon as I get back. I was unable to direct my comment to her when I typed @fibi30. With these clues, I should've known that she was up to no good but blamed my phone instead because I didn't believe that someone would be shady enough to scam a $29 shoes. I was out of town for 8 days and she never asked when I was going to ship the item or anything like that. I shipped the item immediately after I got back and wrote her a note saying sorry I was out of town and included a cookie from my Hawaii trip. As far as the item goes, the shoes I have up on poshmark are the same exact shoes I sent her. I would never misrepresent my listings. I don't care much for the shoes in question but people like her should not be allowed on pm. Just thought I'd let my you ladies know as well :)

melibee23 I had a user file a case saying my item was "not as described" I won the case... But I'm wondering what's the purpose?? The user had very little followers and no listings of her own... should I not ship to people with shady profiles like that??

luvstoshop @melibee23 Awe, so sorry that happened to you. Good thing you won. Yes, people with no listings, very little followers, and no feedback or transactions are the ones you should take caution with. One thing I do to protect myself is take pictures of an item I'm packaging to send, then I send with a nice note saying I have carefully inspected the item to assure quality and no flaws, hoping they are fully satisfied with the purchase. Once I ship at Post office, I'd take more pics n also ask for a receipt. Hope that helps!! Best of Luck to ya!

catdiamonte Someone just did this to me cancelled order after delivery and I now fear a bundle I just sent yesterday may be to a scammer! I am a 5star top rated seller, how do we protect ourselves from these people trying to get stuff free? I always send as described with nice free gifts. Posh hasnt responded to my email yet regarding this issue. :(

virginiaknut Don't sell to ivtobykev!!! I sent her an Abercrombie sweater and it was perfect new and then apparently wen she received it, she rated it 1 star then said I could improve item description. I always want my customers to be happy so I asked what was wrong and she said "oh nothing wrong with it" "it was an accident" then I was like but why did you say I could improve it and she didn't answer. Now this shows on my closet stats.

taeheenicole Don't sell to everyunistaken!!! She filed my item to be not as described. I titled it as crotchet bralette, because that's exactly what it is. I lowered the price for her, and I didn't have any problems with her until now. She hasn't gotten back to me in days, but she's been updating her items. This is completely mind blowing and upsetting.

darbyyy01 I did 5 trades over thanksgiving and 2 of them were scams!!!! I was lucky enough to open the packages in the am so I could call the post office and pay to have them intercept my packages and hold it! But after calling all 3 jurisdictions of police they say I can't file a report because I was able to get the items intercepted. Does anyone know what to do? Do they just get away with it now? After telling them that I just got a paper filled box now One of them is trying to tell ME that IM the scammer!!!! What do I do??

madisoncoccomo @topshopgirl43 when i purchased a necklace she took a week to ship it then when i asked her multiple times why she didnt ship she waited even longer to then CANCEL MY ORDER and told me she didnt want to send it becuase i was "being annoying" sorry that i wanted what i paid for :/
