SHE'S all-in-1 style dress

Vintage black and white dress, 2 in 1 styling. Preppy white collar. Pleated peplum style at waist. Full length invisible zipper in back. Tag says XL, but fits a little on the smaller side, more like a M/L. With garment laying flat measurements are: shoulder to shoulder 16" pit to pit 19" waist 16" shoulder to waist 17" waist to hem 21.5" Very cute, and in excellent condition, clean, from a pet and smoke free home.
