It looks brand new! No signs of wear except on bottom corners. Looks a little squished but totally unnoticeable unless you looked for it. Made to be a diaper bag as it came with a changing pad but I used it for the office. Fits a laptop w/ still lots of room left. 2 outer pockets; Inside: 2 main compartment , 2 zippered pockets on each side , a cellphone pocket and 5 more other pockets.
