Well used and still has a ton of life left Hermes Spa would do a wonderful conditioning job on the leather if you want the bag to have a "new" look Serial stamp slightly faded due to rubbing against facing leather but Hermes Spa should be able to read it

bagmadam @jennacamp1 Hi! No it doesn't. I bought it preloved and they didn't have anything with it. However, I've stored it in my personal dust/sleeper bag which I will be including in the sale.Usually if you send it to the H-Spa, upon return you can always ask for a new dust bag and 9/10 you will get one. When not in use, I also kept it lightly stuffed to retain shape.
