paperstarz Hi I'm a solid size small in the onsie. I tried an XS and it didn't fit. It fit but it was uncomfortable. If you are a solid medium I would not go smaller on onesies. They are meant to be worn tight so they run on the smaller end. Just trying to help. 💜
