The shoes are new - they have been tried on in the house ( see marks on soles), but have never been worn outside. The size is European 40 1/2, which is 10.5 US . The back bow is for design, there is an actual strap with elastic band underneath; the bow will not come untied as you walk. Comes with dust bag but not with the box ( picture is for reference). The heel is two and a half inches high.
