These bright floral shorts from Show Me Your Miami are a size small **No material or care tag** There are a flowy, breezy material Elastic waist No pockets There are no holes or stains. I did see at least one small pick in the fabric - shown in photos. There may be a couple more I may have missed Laying flat the waist is approximately 12” side to side and it does stretch Front rise is approximately 13” Inseam is approximately 2 1/2”
