This FABULOUS, curve hugging dress by INC is NWOT, features ruching on the left side & on the wrists of both sleeves! Fully lined! Falls just above the knees on my 5'3"-4" frame. ***I try my best to accurately photograph & describe my items. golyndsey @charim Yes, the sleeves are long with ruching and are supposed to have some scrunching at the bottom. Total length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 27". Thanks for your interest!
