palomank @marisapahl hello. The diameter across the waist is 15 -16. But it has elastic so it can be stretched to 19. Laying it down flat, the hips is 23. The length from top to bottom is 24.5 These are all when I lay it flat.

palomank @marisapahl hi. Sorry I gave you the wrong measurement. The skirt will fit a person of waist and hips of 44” without problems. I know for sure because I asked my mom to try it on and she is size 16 and her waist is 44
