Silver Tiffany Designs Long Halter Dress

Only worn once inside a hotel for prom. Size 10, but the back straps have been altered down a size. The front keyhole has been closed up a little for dress code reasons. A few beads are missing on the back right strap but it is not noticeable in pictures as you can see. Very good condition. Willing to negotiate price if it is reasonable.
