Socialite brand black dress with pink flowers. Dress features see through Pom-Pom trim around the waist, ruffled hem and on the sleeves. Gently used condition. This dress/tunic runs small fit is more like a larger small or smaller medium. See photos for measurements. The shoulder straps adjust. Measurement of length was taken with the strap as loose as it would go.
