pinkmama0616 @crystaltodd81 feel free to make an offer :-) this is in excellent condition (only worn once if that) I have so many that I can't get to them all. I don't remember for sure but I don't think this particular one had strings when I purchased it. A few of my VS hoodies are this way though & some aren't so not 100% sure but can't think of a reason they would be missing :-)
