Sterling Silver Oval Aquamarine and White Gem Pendant

The material is sterling silver, appears to be possibly 14k plated. The stone is natural and I believe it’s aquamarine. The diamonds around it are registering with the diamond meter but I can’t guarantee. It’s a gorgeous piece. 0.75” long x 0.4” wide x 0.2” deep. I believe the center stone is around 0.7 carats.
