Sterling and 14k Diamond, Swiss Blue Topaz pendant on 925 18" chain necklace!

This is a STUNNING piece! The pendant is a little over a half inch long, and it is stamped 14k gold and 925 sterling silver! There are three 1mm diamonds below the 14k yellow gold piece. The 14k gold portion is yellow gold, and it's connected to the prongs of the swiss blue topaz. The rest is silver (just wanted to clarify).
