Steve Madden Pavla Burgundy Velvet Mid Heel Pumps

Mid heel velvet pumps in a rich burgundy velvet with the heel covered in velvet as well. The size noted on box is 9 1/2; however, these shoes ran small. I estimate they are more equivalent to an 8 1/2. Measurements provided upon request.
