Stunning black Y2K cocktail dress. Vintage brand “Be Smart.” Tag shows size 9/10 but this dress fits like a 4-6. It’s in excellent vintage condition. Spaghetti straps and a cowl drape at the top with a silky texture. The length from the shoulder to bottom is about 48”. 100% polyester shell and lining.
