@butterflyrae this dress is almost bare at the shoulder and at the back. I have a navy blue wrap I wore with it. I'd have to measure the dress for you on Thursday, because I am out of town until then. I had the dress taken in a little at the waist and the buttons on top has a line of stitching that can be removed to make it as low as you'd like.

@butterflyrae the dress is made from a quality knit fabric. I'm 5'4 and it fell just right with 3-4" heels. I had the waist taken in so it would fit snug and give that hourglass figure. Based on your measurements I think it should fit you. I will measure it so you have the actual measurements of the dress. The dress form has a 34" inch bust.

@mkz_wang Hi, the waist measurement is 27", but the dress has stretch to it, which allows some leeway. This is one of the sexiest yet classiest dresses I have ever owned. If I did love brownies so much, it might still fit. Heads will definitely turn with this one. The pic does not do it justice.

@kstassel I had the waistline taken in because it was a bit too loose for the body-con fit I wanted. I would say it is still a size 6 overall. The dress form measurements are bust 34, waist 27, hips 36.5. I also had the cleavage stitched up to lessen the exposure. I hope this helps.

@vegasbabyy I had it measured and its 60+" from shoulder seam to bottom of hem in the front and 62+" in the back. It's slightly longer in back because of the mermaid & fish-tail design. I hope this helps.
