mindalie12 @jlhaukap It looks like poshmark will not allow me to send you the $37 offer. There are rules about how many offers you can send to the same person in a certain time period. So, can you please make me an offer of $36 (if you make an offer, Poshmark won't allow reduced shipping). The $36 covers the reduced shipping. Sorry this is so complicated!

mindalie12 @jlhaukap yes, what I was saying above was when the buyer makes an offer, then the buyer pays shipping. That is why I suggested you make the offer for $36 (2 dollars lower than you originally said) which is basically the equivalent of your $38 offer with reduced shipping (in reduced shipping seller contributes $2.02 toward shipping). Sorry for the complications. Poshmark has lots of quirks!
