tjw530 To the buyers who liked this item, pls accept my sincere apology for being tagged by an alleged mentally ill seller who made false accusations about me with zero proof. I have reported to Poshmark and filed a complaint for defamation and for violating community guidelines esp regarding anti-bullying. My hubby is an attorney and we will be working w Poshmark and obtaining subpoena to identify the seller and to make sure her business is removed from Poshmark.

tjw530 She has a habit of targeting other innocent sellers every week and this kind of harassment and baseless accusations needs to stop. So far, no one (past and past) has reacted to any of her allegations and in fact just 5 min ago, a recent buyer of mine (who’s tagged 3 times) just gave me a 5 star. I have received a 5 star rating in nearly all of my items and I am still thriving and selling because I am clearly not in the wrong.

We take these reports seriously, and we will promptly investigate this matter and take the appropriate action eg suspension of the user’s account. The false listing has been removed by posh and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This is only a side gig/hobby for me cuz I don’t have to work but you have your whole business to lose so STOP tampering with my account. Posh has already removed your malicious and defamatory listing about me and they are monitoring your account closely.

tjw530 If you do not stop tampering with my account, I will file a report with internet crime complaint Centre headed by FBI, federal trade practice, better business bureau and my hubby who is an attorney will assist to file a tortious interference lawsuit accordingly. I will continue to alert posh support every day until they take down your business so pls leave me alone!
