Super soft and comfy racerback tank with cascading layers, printed

Very gently used racerback tank that is kind of special because it has cascading layers of fabric that move a little bit with you when you move. You can dress this up or dress it down. I’ve worn it with jeans for a night out or shorts for a picnic. This is a super soft, comfortable top that has lots of stretch to it and is a size medium but Runs on the smaller side of medium. This is printed in the way that wherever the folds are, some of it gets printed and some of it doesn’t so it’s super cute. You’ll love the double layered front and back. It’s extremely flattering. See photos for measurements. I’m not sure if this is forever 21 brand or not but the quality is definitely better than most forever 21 items, if it is.
