@hlee2005 Hi! Yes I will measure it when I get home today. The fabric is very stretchy, lying flat it might appear to measure small, but it stretches.

Pit to pit 15” lying flat, stretches to approx 19”
Waist 13” lying flat, stretches to around 18”
It could potentially stretch more when you put it on but it is made to be a fitted top. Thank you! 🙏💕Lora
