TOPSHOP Women's Midi Skirt, Small

This Topshop skirt has only been worn once or twice. It is a US Size 6 but I think it really is more suited for a size 2 or 4. It has a bubble hem, elastic waistband, falls at midi length and reads as kind of a mod vibe. The material is a bit thick which makes it perfectly voluminous.
