Tahari Velvet Blazer Suit Jacket Women’s Arthur S. Levine Blue This is a GORGEOUS looking blazer. Has ruched 3/4 length sleeves. The size tag has been removed so see approximate laying flat measurements in pics. There are a few flaws, but these are on the inside of the jacket and not visible when wearing it. The flaws can be seen in the pics, there is some kind of staining near the inside tag and then also another barcode sticker on the inside bottom of the jacket that is not noticeable when wearing. This is a beautifully made quality jacket!
