Are the sleeves full length sleeves or 3/4? Is the jacket cropped? Can you give me length and width measurements? Thanks

I LOVE it, but then found yours and thought if it had regular sleeves I would buy yours too because I like the jacket so much! But I guess I don’t need two of the same thing.
